Founder and President

I founded Level One HVAC
Services, Inc., in 2004, bringing 23 years of
professional experience in the industry to the company.
In my role as president, I oversee sales, marketing and
customer service. At Level One, we focus on developing
excellent relationships with our customers by listening
to their concerns and desires and immediately addressing
any problems that occur.
My HVAC background and
training include college, field experience and
vendor-sponsored seminars on specialty equipment. When
I’m not engaged in work-related priorities, I enjoy
attending sporting events, going hunting and camping,
playing golf and softball and spending time with my
family.

I manage Level One’s
commercial HVAC construction division. My work entails
making cost estimates and preparing and submitting
plans, specs and design/build bids. I also coordinate
the activities of our administrator, who assists me with
construction projects, and manage our subcontractors and
vendors. Finally, I direct field operations according to
our customers’ schedules and their project
superintendents’ needs.
In every aspect of my job,
our customers come first. Quality, workmanship and
attention to every detail are very important. Issues or
problems that arise are handled in a prompt professional
manner to prevent any delays.
I have been working at
Level One for two years and in the construction/HVAC
industry for more than 24 years. I am a graduate of
Ferris State University where I received a bachelor’s
degree in construction management and an associate’s
degree in building technology. In my free time, I enjoy
camping, hiking, snow skiing, golfing and spending time
with my family. I also like to attend sporting events.
